Vi is a new indian brand or collaboration in vodafone and idea both companies. After the supreme court decision in the AGR (Annual Gross Revenue) dues both brand are join or merged or create a new brand name vi, V men's Vodafone or I men's Idea.

Respected Supreme court announced the annual gross revenue in vodafone idea both joint companies total due almost 55,000 Crore money not paid immediately government. Next 10 years some some money paid the government with interest. the decision is a new life in the vodafone and idea.

They are two big telecom company in India and after jio launch to gain the market share both brand are made a joint venture name is Vodafone Idea Ltd. But the AGR dues problem and the big losses company not sustains there operations, and jio strong competition hole telecom operator are decrease there plan price so every year profits are decrease.
